Source authority

Every claim links to a source, and every source is typed: government record, regulatory filing, association-reported, company-reported, independent reporting, or unresolved claim. An official corporate page is not treated as independent proof of its own promotional claims. Search snippets and AI output are never final evidence.

An association listing supports membership but is not a substitute for the underlying title instrument. We store "reported by association" separately from "decree checked", and we keep public-office history separate from business roles.

The Oknha title

Honorifics are stored separately from names, offices and wealth. We record title events — granted, elevated, revoked, superseded, or status unconfirmed — with decree number, date and issuing authority where available. Where a decree has not been checked, the profile says so explicitly instead of implying a current title.

The Open Development Cambodia discovery dataset excludes revocations and has mixed coverage metadata, so we use it only as a discovery aid — never as automatic current-title truth.

Wealth methodology

Net worth is nullable: when no independently verified public estimate exists, the profile states exactly that — never zero, never a guess. We support only two published forms: an attributed third-party estimate (publisher, source URL, valuation date, currency and scope), and the sourced value of disclosed listed shareholdings, explicitly labelled partial holdings value, not total net worth.

Personal wealth is never inferred from a title, company revenue, registered capital, project investment or a group's enterprise value. We publish no "richest" ranking: such a list requires comparable, sufficiently complete data and an approved methodology.

Review and corrections

Profiles are re-reviewed on a schedule: an initial target of 30 days for current roles and titles, 90 days for stable biographies, with event-driven review when changes surface. Overdue review status is shown honestly on the profile.

Unresolved conflicts are either worded neutrally or held from publication. Adverse allegations are distinguished from findings, carry their jurisdiction and status, and a right-of-reply path exists. Payment can never buy rankings, favorable factual changes or verification labels.
